Matt's Bday

Wow, does this guy look 40 to you?  No way.  I think his birth certificate was altered 'cos there is no way this hottie is a day over 29.

 
Aside from our trip to Hawaii (which we said counted towards our anniversary and both birthdays for the year), we've put off our celebration of Matt's big birthday until he finishes his other birthday present... one he's giving to himself.   I don't have any pictures of the massive brick oven that Matt is knee deep in constructing, that will have to be another post.  But, let's just say there's gonna be one HUGE pizza party once that baby's done!  You're all invited.

This guy is so amazing, I couldn't help but recognize his "40 Years of Awesomeness" with a little homemade mural.  The kids had a kick seeing what a goofball their dad has been at times.  Of course, they know first hand, too.  =)

And, almost as another birthday gift... we found out that Matt has passed his final CMA exam.  Woohoo!  All those long hours studying paid off!  He is now an official Certified Management Accountant.  Now, I realize this picture needs some explanation.  But, I think I'll let him explain that one to you himself.
